Simple Green Ideas

This one’s not actually so simple, but if you manage it, could be a great conversation piece.

Got one of these in the attic?

Time and a bit of ingenuity with a touch of technical know how, and you could have one of these…

Or, if you thinks that’s too much trouble…

One of these.

Or, if there’s only parts lying around…

Use your imagination.

  1. Call me old-fashioned, but I’d just use it as a manual typewriter, in fact it’s the next item on my wish list, I’d love to write a book on one!

    • >Shana, I would find writing on one now to be a very laborious task. Talk about spoiled by technology. I used typewriters from the age of 12, so I am quite familiar with them, but I would never return to one.

      • I learned to touch type on a manual typewriter, that had no letters on the keys! Yes it would be painfully slow after using a keyboard, but part of me relishes that prospect, I’m getting nostalgic in my old age 🙂

      • Nothing wrong with nostalgia, I suffer from it myself. LOL
