  1. Call me old-fashioned, but I’d just use it as a manual typewriter, in fact it’s the next item on my wish list, I’d love to write a book on one!

    • >Shana, I would find writing on one now to be a very laborious task. Talk about spoiled by technology. I used typewriters from the age of 12, so I am quite familiar with them, but I would never return to one.

      • I learned to touch type on a manual typewriter, that had no letters on the keys! Yes it would be painfully slow after using a keyboard, but part of me relishes that prospect, I’m getting nostalgic in my old age 🙂
