We never made our own, it was always store bought. But now I’m going to make some. I plan to use chalkboard paint on the front of a freezer for the grand children to play with when visiting so it will come in use often.

Since I eat many eggs a week this lesson on recycling eggs shells as chalk was rather useful.

>Alex, me too. I always throw my egg shells on the compost, but I am going to try this idea for Emmylee, she’s nearly six and would just love the idea of chalk for the pavement, etc. I hope I am not encouraging a new graffiti artist…
